Refund and Returns Policy

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to the files via a secure download link or email delivery. As there is no physical product to return, and digital content cannot be “unseen” or “unused,” we do not offer returns or exchanges in the traditional sense.

However, we understand that issues may arise and we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience. For this reason, we do offer limited refunds under specific circumstances.

Refunds are available if:

  • The digital product you received is significantly different from the description on the product page.
  • You accidentally received the wrong file or a corrupted file that cannot be opened or used.
  • You encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame (typically within 3 business days).
  • You made a duplicate purchase of the same product within a 24-hour period.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email used for the order, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may also request a screenshot or proof of the problem to process your request efficiently.

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase or decided you no longer want the product.
  • You expected a different level of difficulty or content that was not promised in the product description.
  • You lack the technical ability to use the files (e.g., don’t know how to open PDFs, install Python, etc.).
  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product and claim dissatisfaction without explaining the issue in detail.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
